GE Healthcare will be providing its Centricity Practice electronic medical record (EMR) offering to managed care organization HealthSpring.
The package was chosen for HealthSpring's new health center initiative, designed to encourage collaboration among physicians to establish community-based health centers, according to GE of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K. HealthSpring of Nashville, TN, expects to implement Centricity Practice at its first health center this fall, GE said.
