Healthcare information systems (HIS) developer Computer Programs and Systems (CPSI) reported a strong fiscal 2006 second quarter (end-June 30).
Net revenues for the second quarter increased 7.5% to $29 million, compared with total revenues of $27 million for the same period last year, according to the Mobile, AL-based firm. Net income for the quarter increased 19.8% to $4.1 million, compared with $3.4 million for the same period last year.
CPSI said it anticipates total revenues of $27.5 million to $29 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2006, and net income of approximately $3.5 million to $3.7 million.
