Brazilian software developer Datsul said that it has acquired healthcare IT developer Informenge of Sorocaba, Brazil.
Informenge develops a line of management software for healthcare insurance firms, medical offices, laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, and pharmacies, according to Joinville, Brazil-based Datsul.
The acquisition means that Datsul now provides healthcare management for approximately 7 million lives in Brazil with its software products, the company said.
