Waiting Room Solutions' EHR system gets certification

Waiting Room Solutions (WRS) of Goshen, NY, announced that its Web-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, version 4.0, has been certified by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT).

In addition to ambulatory EHR certification, the system received certification for child health, which is important for pediatricians looking for an EHR system, WHS noted.

The company also announced it is offering a "WRS stimulus" incentive for all small practices that sign up before the end of 2010.
