Healthcare information systems firm McKesson said that three more of its physician electronic health record (EHR) software packages have been certified as a complete EHR by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT).
CCHIT is an authorized testing and certification body (ATCB) for the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). It has provided 2011/2012 certification for McKesson's Practice Partner (version 9.5), Medisoft Clinical (Version 17 SP1), and Lytec MD 2011 software, according to the Alpharetta, GA-based firm.
McKesson received certification for its Horizon Clinicals software last month.
