Radiology decision-support firm Medicalis has introduced DSCloud, a cloud-based decision-support offering.
DSCloud provides access to evidence-based and clinical best-practice guidelines as a supportive tool for physicians. It can be accessed through the firm's DSCloud portal from a computer, tablet, or other mobile device, as well as via secure Web services integration to an electronic medical record, according to Medicalis.
Medicalis offers accountable care organizations, providers, and physician groups a multitier decision-support platform that they can subscribe to at various levels. Each tier of DSCloud also provides analytics and reports, which can be delivered to community physicians, healthcare organizations, or payors via the Web, the firm said.
