Informatics firm 7 Medical Systems has purchased health informatics provider Manager Systems of Florianópolis, Brazil, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal marks 7 Medical's first entrance into the Brazilian and international markets, according to the vendor. Manager Systems provides practice management, electronic medical record, RIS, and PACS services to hospitals and clinics in Brazil.
Manager Systems will retain all of its 21 employees and continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of 7 Medical.
