Agfa HealthCare plans to highlight several new offerings at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) annual meeting later this month.
Among the products will be the work-in-progress Impax Exchange, which is designed to provide secure transfer and localization of patient studies among hospitals and other healthcare organizations. In addition, Impax Exchange's integrated dashboard notifies clinicians when their images arrive at their destination.
Impax Business Intelligence is designed to provide historical, current, and predictive views of operations in the form of real-time dashboards, management reports, and queries against an Impax data warehouse within a single browser. The dashboard can provide an overview of the expected workload or patient waiting times, while management reports can provide a view of department activity.
Impax 6.5 RIS/PACS/Reporting is the latest version of Agfa's integrated RIS/PACS for data management and reporting. Impax 6.5 offers improved productivity through automated worklists, advanced volumetric study management systems, and its ability to be deployed across and beyond the hospital enterprise.
Agfa's Impax Reporting provides radiologists with the image, information, and reporting tools to enhance their reporting tasks, the firm said. New at HIMSS will be the Extended Addendum workflows and customizable templates, along with personalization of standard texts.
