PACS software developer DR Systems' cloud-based eHR Meaningful Use (MU) for Medical Imaging product has received certification as a complete ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) from InfoGard, an authorized testing and certification body for the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator.
DR Systems' EHR has been deemed compliant for 2011/2012 according to the criteria adopted by the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Certification is the official designation necessary for the EHR to enable providers to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
