IDS nets EHR certification

Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) said that its AbbaDox EHR 8.0 flagship workflow portal has been certified as a complete ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) by a U.S. Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ONC-ATCB).

Provided by the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records Office, the certification means that AbbaDox EHR 8.0 is 2011/2012 compliant with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and that eligible providers can use the portal to qualify to receive $44,000 to $63,750 in federal stimulus money upon demonstrating meaningful use of the technology, IDS said.
