Health Forum releases updated DataViewer

Health Forum, a strategic business enterprise of the American Hospital Association (AHA), has released an updated version of its AHA DataViewer that includes a new financial module.

AHA DataViewer 6.0 includes proprietary AHA membership and national survey data. Its new features include the option to license IT data independently or bundled with hospital data and a more user-friendly interface.

The financial module includes data on Medicare-certified institutional providers obtained from the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) Healthcare Provider Cost Reporting Information System (HCRIS). The module will be updated quarterly, according to Health Forum.
