Software developer Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) has installed its AbbaDox RIS software at a diagnostic imaging center in Metairie, LA.
Doctors Imaging chose AbbaDox RIS because its workflow can be customized to accommodate the center's Philips Healthcare iSite PACS, IDS said.
In addition to providing MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and PET/CT, Doctors Imaging offers quantitative diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI), an MRI procedure for detecting nerve damage in the brain associated with concussions and the early onset of Alzheimer's disease, according to IDS.
