Agfa HealthCare has signed an agreement with Mitch & Mates, a patient questionnaire service company.
Under terms of the deal, Agfa will include Mitch & Mates' patient questionnaires in its integrated healthcare suite, a web-based platform that supports patient healthcare management and access to patient health information, the company said. The questionnaires and forms are designed for patients to use at home; they can be used to gather and report patient outcome data, according to Agfa.
Agfa inked the agreement with Mitch & Mates in early September, when it introduced a new version of the integrated healthcare suite.
