Imaging software developer Laurel Bridge Software has introduced a number of new features on its Exodus software for migrating and consolidating medical imaging archives.
Exodus has received a new, easily configured graphical user interface as well as improved migration status monitoring tools, according to the vendor. In addition, Exodus can now leverage load balancing capabilities to achieve faster migrations, and it also supports a "source-of-truth" migration approach. Laurel Bridge said it has also improved the software's performance, particularly for study-based queries.
Healthcare organizations can manage Exodus themselves through internal expertise or take advantage of Laurel Bridge's experience via a service provider-managed model, the company said.
