Healthcare IT firm MedInformatix said it introduced its MI-BI business intelligence application at the company's recent MISummit customer gathering in Stateline, NV, near Lake Tahoe.
Integrating with a practice's existing RIS or enterprise practice management software, MI-BI enables staff to generate a series of ambulatory, radiology, workforce productivity, scheduling, and other business intelligence reports, according to the vendor. Administrative and clinical staff can use MI-BI reports to assess the performance of various functions and decide to continue or correct procedures to ensure practice efficiency and profitability, MedInformatix said.
