Information systems firm AccessPt of Ridgeland, MS, and Agfa HealthCare of Greenville, SC, have agreed to develop and implement an information technology solution for the Scarborough Hospital in Ontario, Canada.
The facility will install AccessPt's clinical browser application, which enables physician access to disparate patient data in the delivery organization. In addition to patient data, remote access to diagnostic images from a recently implemented Agfa PACS will be available through the AccessPt system, the company said.
