Clinical information system provider Creative Computer Applications (CCA) has signed a letter of intent to merge with PACS provider StorComm of Jacksonville, FL.
CCA will be the surviving entity, with StorComm shareholders to own half of the new company. The transaction is subject to completion and execution of a definitive merger agreement and shareholder approval, according to CCA of Calabasas, CA.
The deal is expected to be completed by the spring of 2005.
