GE debuts cardiac Centricity at ACC

GE Healthcare has introduced Centricity Cardiology CA 1000, a dedicated modality workstation, this week at the American College of Cardiology (ACC) meeting in Orlando, FL.

The application combines fully integrated cardiac analysis tools with imaging, according to the Waukesha, WI-based vendor. It can be combined with an archive system or Centricity PACS. Centricity Cardiology CA 1000 was recently installed at HCA Richmond Hospitals, a network of four facilities located throughout central Virginia.
