RADIN gets 510(k) for PACS

German PACS software developer RADIN has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its RADIN PACS software.

In announcing the clearance, Fuerth-based RADIN said it was already active in the U.S., but the clearance would allow it to gain further access to the market.

RADIN also announced two recent PACS installations in the Middle East, at Royal Hospital and Khoula Hospital in Oman. RADIN landed the deals in cooperation with distribution partner IMTAC.
