PACS firm CoActiv Medical Business Solutions is offering its digital archive and storage product, Exam-Vault, as a separate and standalone DICOM storage option.
The Ridgefield, CT-based firm called the product an affordable DICOM storage option for hospitals and imaging centers looking to upgrade existing archive structures without revamping the entire PACS enterprise. It's also appropriate for healthcare facilities seeking to securely store DICOM images without installing a full PACS application, CoActiv said.
