Canadian RIS/PACS developer Evolved Digital Systems saw revenues drift down for the company's second quarter (end-June 30), but the firm narrowed its net loss for the period.
For the quarter, Evolved reported revenues of $4.1 million Canadian ($3.4 million U.S.), down 6.7% compared with revenues of $4.4 million Canadian ($3.7 million) in the same period the year before. Revenues would have been flat if exchange-rate fluctuations were taken into account, the Laval, Quebec-based company said.
Evolved's net loss was $1.1 million ($920,000 U.S.), compared with a net loss of $2 million Canadian ($1.6 million U.S.) in the same period of 2005.
