Danish PACS firm Medical Insight has received Food and Drug Administration clearance to market its EasyViz RIS/PACS network.
EasyViz includes wireless or mobile handheld devices that function as full-featured clinical workstations, according to the Hedehusene, Denmark-based vendor. The approval covers the complete EasyViz system, including architecture, deployment of wireless and mobile handheld devices as clinical review workstations, distribution technology, clinical application modules, and the firm's VPS integration engine, Medical Insight said.
