Swedish PACS and digital mammography vendor Sectra has sold its breast imaging PACS product to BreastScreen Tasmania, part of the Australian national breast screening program, according to the Linköping-based vendor.
BreastScreen Tasmania will be the first screening center in the program to implement digital mammography in a mobile facility, and is the second center to order Sectra's breast imaging PACS. The other Australian breast center using the company's breast imaging PACS is BreastScreen New South Wales in Sydney, Sectra said.
