DatCard will feature its new MammoSmart and PacsCube Mini products.
MammoSmart allows institutions to provide patients with their complete mammography history and breast care information on an automatically produced CD-R/DVD-R, according to the Irvine, CA–based firm.
Each disk contains patient information, such as medical history, digital mammography images, personal demographics, and insurance information. It can be integrated with hospital registration, PACS, RIS, and mammography systems, DatCard said.
DatCard is also unveiling PacsCube Mini, a DICOM-compliant, CD-R/DVD-R publication device. Designed for freestanding imaging centers, PacsCube Mini enables distribution of digital images to patients, referring physicians, and institutions requesting patient studies, DatCard said.
