PACS work center provider eisys will showcase a mobile cart at this year's meeting.
Designed for use in small areas such as the ED and the ICU, the cart is available in a small version (holding up to two monitors) and a large version (holding up to four monitors), according to the Birmingham, AL-based firm.
It also features an ergonomic contoured shape, adjustable LCD arms, CPU holders, integrated cable management, keyboard trays, and sturdy casters, eisys said. Height adjustment is assisted pneumatically from sitting to standing.
In other RSNA announcements, eisys will be debuting a rail-mounted light fixture. The dimmable lamp balances emitted and ambient light, according to eisys. It mounts directly to the eisys rail system as a part of the work center, and a hand-rotated shade directs the light in 360º.
The company has also added a footrest, which is secured to the work center to prevent sliding, eisys said. It can be lifted by the user to move it from a sitting to standing position.
