ODS will present the latest version of its PACScomm CD/DVD image recording system.
The new version includes 400 GB of storage for use as a micro-PACS, and also has CD/DVD mastering capabilities, according to the Mendota Heights, MN-based firm.
The system, working with PACScomm's Auto Archive function, can serve as a short-term archive with offline archive management, ODS said. It's available in single- and dual-burner models, and includes features such as data anonymization, ODS said.
A 400-GB non-RAID version is available now, while a RAID version with a new hardware platform is scheduled for release by the end of 2005.
