Swedish PACS vendor Sectra has introduced PACS-Guard, a service for new and existing users of its PACS products.
PACS-Guard provides real-time 24/7 monitoring of system performance, according to the Linköping-based vendor. The first PACS-Guard customer, MidState Medical Center in Meriden, CT, has begun using the program as part of a five-year service, support, and PACS upgrade agreement, Sectra said.
Sectra said it's offering direct PACS service and support agreements to customers who have purchased its products directly or through partners.
