Radiology publisher Amirsys has integrated its STATdx decision support offering with Swedish PACS vendor Sectra's PACS software.
The integration will allow for diagnostic clinical decision support to radiologists and other physicians at the point of care, according to Amirsys of Salt Lake City. PACS users will be able to automatically obtain decision support information while at the PACS workstation; the software automatically detects the anatomical region of the study and launches STATdx to the appropriate anatomical region for reference, the companies said.
