Document management firm PACSGear of Pleasanton, CA, has launched a series of advancements to its PacsScan Film software.
The new version adds what PACSGear calls automated segmentation technology (AST) to PacsScan Film. AST provides the ability to scan prior CT, MR, and other cross-sectional films, and automatically return the slices to their original stacked format.
