(Booth 6513) Sectra will feature version IDS7/dx of its PACS diagnostic workstation software in its RSNA 2007 booth.
The release adds capabilities for sorting and viewing CT and MR data, 3D integration, and a new user interface, according to the Linköping, Sweden-based vendor.
Other features include new handling of patients with different patient IDs, as well as a reading "lock" worklist function to let radiologists know when another radiologist is reading an exam, Sectra said. RIS and speech integration are also available, Sectra said.
Sectra will also display version 2.2 of its ControlTower workflow and utilization management tool. The company has incorporated quality control functionality, allowing users to analyze rejection rates based on any parameter.
The vendor said it has also added quality control follow-up for mammography screening exams. In addition, ad hoc reports are now available, enabling customers to analyze their radiology operation from any parameters available in the PACS and/or RIS.
