Monitor manufacturer and distributor U.S. Electronics (USEI) has released a new medical imaging monitor.
Totoku CCL550i2 is a 5-megapixel color monitor with LED backlight for diagnostic use with MR, CT, ultrasound, pathology, and mammography images. The monitor measures 21.3 inches diagonally and has a resolution of 2048 x 2560 pixels. It displays 10-bit color and supports DisplayPort and DVI interfaces, according to USEI.
Other features include a front luminance sensor, a dynamic gamma feature that allows color images to be calibrated automatically for contrast and brightness, and an autotext mode that controls text brightness, USEI said.
