The American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) is unveiling the Excellence in Imaging Informatics Award.
The board said nominees should demonstrate that they are the following:
- Innovators at the forefront of defining the profession
- Achievers who seek personal and professional growth
- Professionals invested in improving quality and increasing value
- Advocates who encourage entrance into the profession or who lobby for greater recognition of professionals and their work
The winner will be recognized on social media, in a press release, and in a feature story on the board's website, according to the ABII. It will also award $500 to the winner for use toward continuing education.
