Sandra Neustel, Ph.D., has joined the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a measurement specialist in the psychometric services department. She will develop test forms, provide statistical analysis, and work with the examination committees. Neustel specializes in response theory and statistical software and analysis. The ARRT, based in St. Paul, MN, registers more than 220,000 RTs in the U.S. every year.
