Toshiba donates $1 million for hurricane relief

The parent company of multimodality vendor Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, has pledged $1 million for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

The announcement was made by Atsutoshi Nishida, president and CEO of Toshiba Corp. of Tokyo. Nishida said the donation would be made in cash and medical equipment.
