Healthcare recruiting firm CompHealth Group of Salt Lake City has acquired Foundation Medical Staffing of Oklahoma City, OK, a staffing company that specializes in dialysis and rehabilitation professionals.
Mark Smith, president of Foundation Medical, will continue to lead the company, which will operate as a division of CompHealth, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
