Brachytherapy and hyperthermia therapy developer BSD Medical has sold a BSD-500 hyperthermia system to Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) for use in its Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta.
Southeastern Regional Medical Center, an all-digital cancer treatment center, is scheduled to open in August. This represents the seventh purchase of a BSD-500 system by CTCA, according to BSD Medical.
