Orthopedic digital x-ray firm EOS Imaging has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for its Micro Dose feature for pediatric imaging.
Micro Dose generates dosage levels equivalent to a week of naturally occurring background radiation in pediatric patients receiving 2D and 3D follow-up examinations, according to the firm.
