In a move to expand its clinical consulting services, GE Healthcare has acquired healthcare consulting firm Novia Strategies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Novia Strategies will become part of GE Healthcare Camden Group, which has advised more than 2,400 hospitals and health systems on issues such as care delivery, health system integration, population health management, and resource use, according to GE.
Novia Strategies provides insight into care management transformation, workforce management, nonlabor cost reduction, and operating performance improvement.
The parent company of Novia Strategies, Novia Solutions, is not included as part of the transaction.
