RadNet has acquired Radiology Regional, a division of LucidHealth serving Southwest Florida. The expansion brings RadNet’s operations to 13 locations across Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Sarasota.
Radiology Regional’s 13 locations add to five existing RadNet Florida imaging centers and contribute an estimated 400 additional employees and 44 contracted radiologists.
This is RadNet’s first entry into the Southwest Florida market and supports RadNet’s strategy to broaden outpatient imaging access and strengthen early disease detection through its DeepHealth AI and informatics platform.
RadNet said the acquisition is expected to add about $100 million of revenue to the company in 2026. Stephen Forthuber, newly appointed President and CEO of Eastern Operations for RadNet, is the executive overseeing this expansion into Florida.
