Women's imaging firm Hologic has promoted Karleen Oberton to the position of chief financial officer (CFO), effective August 1.
Oberton joined Hologic in 2006 as corporate controller and became chief accounting officer in 2015, according to the vendor. She will replace Bob McMahon, who is leaving Hologic to become CFO at Agilent.
