Nanox reported $1.3 million in revenue for the fourth quarter of the 2021 fiscal year, compared with zero dollars in revenue for the same period in 2020.
The company cited "strategic transactions" for generating such revenue in the three-month period, which ended December 31, 2021.
The company also reported a net loss of $22 million for the fourth quarter of 2021, compared with a net loss of $19 million for the same period in 2020. It said this is due to expenses related to the merger with Nanox.AI as well as the acquisitions of USARad and the assets of MDWeb.
