Detection Technology has completed the acquisition of Haobo Imaging of Shanghai, China, for $13.1 million.
The company has purchased 90% of Haobo's shares; it will acquire the remaining shares in the near future, it said.
Haobo Imaging produces both static and dynamic TFT flat panel detectors based on amorphous silicon and indium gallium zinc oxide technologies, according to Digital Technologies.
