Impedance cardiography (ICG) technology developer CardioDynamics of San Diego has entered into a three-year multisource contract with Premier Purchasing Partners, the Oak Brook, IL-based group purchasing division of Premier.
Under terms of the deal, Vermed, a wholly owned subsidiary of CardioDynamics, will offer Premier's members ECG electrodes, lead wires, and cables, the company said. The agreement is expected to result in $25 million in annual revenue, according to CardioDynamics.
