Healthcare consultancy ECRI Institute has launched an online tool that allows imaging equipment users to rate and review devices.
The Rate This Model tool is part of ECRI's SelectPlus package of capital decision-support tools. Reviewers use a five-star ranking system and comment boxes to evaluate imaging equipment based on ease of use, performance, reliability, and features; the ratings are included in the company's S+ market analytics tool, which presents data on top models and manufacturers, market share, and average quoted pricing, ECRI said.
