Imaging center services provider Alliance Imaging posted fourth-quarter revenues of $107.2 million, an increase of 5.5% compared to the $101.6 million for the same quarter last year. For 2004 the company reported revenues of $432.1 million, an increased of 4.0% compared to the $415.3 million posted in 2003.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the fourth quarter (end-December 31) were $40.1 million, compared to $40.9 million in the same period last year. For the year, adjusted EBITDA was $168.3 million, compared to $170.3 million in 2003, according to Anaheim, CA-based Alliance.
