Imaging center developer Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) of Nashville, TN, has acquired two new Pennsylvania-based imaging centers, the company said.
OIA's Philadelphia-based joint venture, Jefferson University Radiology Associates (a joint venture between OIA, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and Jefferson University Radiology Practice), bought the two centers in Collegeville and Norristown from SSP Partners.
With the addition of the two new locations, Jefferson University Radiology Associates now owns a total of four centers that operate six MRI units, as well as provide CT, PET/CT, ultrasound, dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, and x-ray services, according to OIA.
