Imaging services provider RadNet of Los Angeles has acquired three multimodality facilities from the bankruptcy proceedings of Sonix Medical Resources of Hauppauge, NY.
RadNet paid $2.25 million for three facilities, which currently produce approximately $7 million in combined annual revenues. The imaging centers are located in Brooklyn, NY, and Chatham and Haddon Heights, NJ, and offer a combination of MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, x-ray, and related modalities.
