Radiology consortium Strategic Radiology has further boosted its presence in Indiana by adding another practice in that state to its rolls.
X-Ray Consultants of South Bend has joined the company's coalition of more than 1,100 private practice radiologists. The practice has 17 physicians and offers subspecialized imaging to three hospitals: Saint Joseph Health System's Mishawaka and Plymouth campuses and Community Hospital of Bremen. It also runs an imaging center, a surgery center, and multiple outpatient sites in the area, according to Strategic Radiology.
The group joins Strategic Radiology's other Indiana members, Northwest Radiology in Indianapolis and Radiology Assoc. in Jeffersonville.
