Imaging services provider Rayus Radiology has acquired Diagnostic Centers of America (DCA). The deal adds eight imaging centers in Florida to the Rayus network.
DCA operates imaging centers in south Florida, with facilities in West Palm Beach, East Boca Raton, West Boca/North Broward, Wellington, East and West Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens.
The deal also includes a partnership with Boca Radiology Group, which provides interpretation services to the DCA imaging centers. Boca conducts more than 550,000 procedures annually, according to Rayus.
The deal brings to 148 the number of centers in the Rayus network.
