The Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) announced that Dr. Ian Weissman is the first person to complete all four levels of the RLI program and earn a Certificate of Leadership Mastery.
The staff radiologist for the Milwaukee Veterans Affairs Medical Center finished the RLI program, including a practicum, in less than two years through a series of live meetings, webinars, and online courses, according to the institute.
In the RLI program, participants complete progressive levels of leadership training by earning credits in various topic areas. Participants earn RLI certificates of achievement when they complete each level.
